Over the past week my Dish Network receiver has been failing and I finally contact Dish about it today. It turns out they want to charge me $15 to ship me a new receiver because they provided me crappy equipment that failed. I know this is the course of business today to nickel and dime you for everything you are worth, but this is insane. It is like going to the Grocery Store to return recalled food and having them charge you a fee to replace it.
Next thing you know they are going to charge you $5 a month to have a remote, and $5 a month just to have a dish so you can get your service.
Needless to say I will be canceling my Dish Network service when my contract is up, if not sooner.
